The cable operates just as advertised and I was able to move my iTunes to my Kindle Fire. My complaint is how frustrating and time consuming it was just to locate out that I necessary the cable and how to uncover it. This expected a incredibly long phone contact, apparently to India, where the representative had no details, put me on hold for 5 minutes at a time, and produced a basic transaction unnecessarily complicated.
