Customer Critiques
I got this keyboard the day after I got my Xoom. I wasn't confident how useful it would be, but I do a lot of e-mail so I decided to give it a try. Correct just after I got the bluetooth configured, I realized it was definitely worth the revenue. The keyboard has special Android precise keys such as all of the "tough keys" (back, home, menu, and search) that are on an Android phone as properly as other people that make it so you can use the keyboard to do a lot of your navigating, not just typing. The keyboard is nicely created and the keys are sturdy. If you are going to use your Xoom for function, this is an accessory you will want.
I bought this keyboard from a Most beneficial Obtain suitable just after the Xoom came out. It's a nice keyboard, the keys are laid out and spaced very effectively, and the actual keyboard itself doesn't feel as well modest or crammed.
Issues:
- I wish the keys were back-lit (individual preference far more than a flaw)
- When I connect, oftentimes I would get especially odd behavior with my Xoom on three.1. Sometimes it would drop connectivity whereas the keyboard was six inches away from it, and then switch back to the on-screen keyboard on the Xoom... and then back once again with no any type of notification to me as a user. If this is one thing you are attempting to take to perform or class for taking notes... that is a pretty massive matter.
General, I would advocate this, if it is something that you feel you require because you do a heavy amount of typing on the Xoom itself. If you aren't writing a lot of emails or working with the on-screen keyboard a pretty fair amount, I would steer clear.
