Buyer Critiques

This keyboard has numerous problems and immediately after a couple of hours of trying to get it to work, I will try contacting the seller.
Pros:
-The device connects to an Acer Iconia A100.
-The keyboard is painless to type on and appears sturdy sufficient.
Cons:
-It will not charge (makes use of a USB charger).
-It will not stay powered on (when left plugged in to the computer system).
-The bluetooth will not stay on.
-The device is not continually recognized by a windows 7 computer.
-The device manual is exceptionally poorly written. The directions in it are unclear. For example, it tells you to "put the batteries in the container" for the initially step in utilizing the device. The difficulty is that there is nowhere to place a battery and the device is supposed to contain a rechargeable battery already.
I do not suggest this item. I will update this assessment when I get a response from the seller.
UPDATE
The seller refunded my revenue for this product and asked me to revise the assessment for it. I changed it to 3 stars from 1 star, mainly because of the possibility that it could have been just chance that I received a defective product, which is what they claimed.

I have the white/silver version of this keyboard, with ID BT-1280 on the back. I assume it is the identical item due to the fact the problems other people have experienced are the exact same. The keys, when not physically sticking, will everpress sometimesssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss --- like that. I can have my hand off they keyboard ,hitting delete repeatedly, and the onscreen display shows oftentimes 3 or four rows of the identical letter .
Quite often (<---see the shift/capitalization difficulty there?), in the middle of typing, the BT connection goes out and the on screen keyboard appears, disappears, reappears many instances whilst the iPad tries ot reconnect with the keyboard.
I have two external keyboards fro my iPad-the aluminum case/keyboard combo ,Luvvitt (TM) iPad two Aluminium Bluetooth Wireless Keyboard Case / Cover for iPad two - White Keyboard and this one particular. I keep hopefully coming back to thiis keyboard considering that the case/keyboard combo contains a smaller sized essential layout, and the full size keyboard actually appeals to me.
I just wish the product worked a little better.
